The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications where applicable.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall be the authoritative interpretation. 687db reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Access to 687db and participation in any game, bet, or promotional activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. All criteria must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of a Player's account.

2.1 Age Requirement

Players must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any activity on 687db. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 687db conducts age verification checks during the registration process and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm a Player's age at any point. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a 687db account, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Players warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and that they will update their account details promptly if any information changes.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 687db at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where 687db identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and permanently ban the Player from re-registering on the platform.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

687db primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering. 687db makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all locations. By registering, Players confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in their jurisdiction and that they access the platform entirely at their own legal risk.

2.5 Account Verification

687db may require identity and payment method verification (commonly referred to as "KYC" — Know Your Customer) at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or when a Player's account reaches specified transaction thresholds. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, proof of address dated within 90 days (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 687db support may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Once a 687db account has been created, the Player assumes full responsibility for maintaining the security and integrity of that account. 687db implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, session token authentication, and OTP verification for sensitive account actions. However, account security ultimately depends on Players taking their own precautions.

3.1 Password and Login Security

Players must keep their account login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. Players must not share login details with any third party, including family members. 687db will never ask a Player for their password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from 687db that requests a Player's password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Unauthorized Account Access

Players must notify 687db immediately if they suspect that their account has been accessed without their authorisation. 687db will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation. 687db accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Accurate Account Information

Players are obligated to ensure that all information associated with their 687db account is accurate and current at all times. This includes personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, and registered payment methods. Where account information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent, 687db reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.4 Account Activity Responsibility

All bets, wagers, deposits, withdrawal requests, and bonus claims made from a Player's account are the sole responsibility of the account holder. 687db treats all activity conducted from a registered account as having been authorised by the account holder. Players should log out of their account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

All financial transactions on 687db are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 687db supports a range of payment methods designed to serve players across Bangladesh conveniently and securely.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

687db targets the following withdrawal processing times under normal operating conditions. These timelines represent internal processing targets and are not guaranteed service levels, as processing times may be affected by payment provider maintenance windows, KYC verification requirements, or fraud investigation holds.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used for deposits to the account, or to a verified account belonging to the same individual. 687db reserves the right to require verification of a withdrawal method before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where a withdrawal is held pending investigation, 687db will notify the Player and provide an estimated resolution timeline.

4.5 Responsible Transaction Conduct

Players must not use the 687db platform for any financial purpose other than genuine entertainment gaming. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without placing wagers (commonly referred to as "money passing") is prohibited and may result in account suspension and transaction reversal. 687db monitors all account activity for patterns inconsistent with genuine gameplay.

687db offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the individual promotion terms take precedence over this general policy.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers must be claimed through the designated claim mechanism (account dashboard, deposit flow, or promotional code entry) as specified in the promotion.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry windows are displayed in full on the individual promotion page before a Player opts in.
• Once a bonus has been claimed and wagering has commenced, the terms of that bonus are fixed for that Player — 687db will not modify them retroactively.
• Players may opt out of a bonus at any time before wagering requirements are met. Opting out of a bonus results in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositing Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their initial deposit, subject to the terms displayed at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, once per household, once per device, and once per IP address. Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Claiming

687db actively monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk arbitrage betting designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions, and systematic exploitation of promotional loopholes. Where bonus abuse is identified, 687db reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the Player.

5.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

687db may offer special promotional bonuses aligned with major events and cultural occasions including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) season, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are time-limited, subject to individual terms, and are offered at 687db's sole discretion. No Player has an entitlement to any promotional offer.

All games and betting markets available on 687db are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game providers, supplemented by the general conduct standards set out in this section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and crash games — operate using certified RNG technology (for non-live titles) or live dealer streams (for live casino titles). Game outcomes are determined entirely by the game software and cannot be influenced by 687db, the game provider, or any Player action beyond the normal game mechanics. 6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the betting rules applicable to each market type. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked at that point. 687db reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been affected by data errors, corrupted feeds, or events outside the normal conduct of the sport.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash format games — including Aviator by Spribe and JetX — operate on a provably fair model where the crash multiplier is determined by a verifiable algorithm prior to each round. Players must initiate a cash-out before the crash event occurs. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the loss of the wagered amount for that round. No refunds are available for missed cash-out opportunities due to connectivity issues on the Player's side. 687db strongly recommends using a stable internet connection when playing crash games.

6.4 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, 687db reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds to the Player's account balance. Winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not payable. 687db will investigate all reported malfunctions and communicate resolution outcomes to affected Players within a reasonable timeframe.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 687db platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform without prior notice.

• Registering more than one account on 687db, regardless of the method used to disguise the duplicate registration.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy service, or any technical tool designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event on which bets are placed via 687db.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any aspect of the platform in a manner not available to standard human players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematically abusing promotional offers, including multi-accounting for bonus purposes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for the purpose of concealing funds of illicit origin.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 687db support staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 687db platform.

687db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to those described in this section.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Suspected violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit transaction.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of patterns consistent with prohibited conduct as defined in Article 7.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the permanent closure of their 687db account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 687db will process any legitimate pending withdrawals to the Player's verified payment method before closing the account. Players who close their account voluntarily may not reopen it without completing a fresh verification process.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Closures

Players who close their account via the self-exclusion tool in account settings are subject to a mandatory exclusion window during which re-registration is not permitted. Self-exclusion is an irrevocable responsible gaming measure — it cannot be reversed or shortened once activated. 8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination — whether initiated by 687db or by the Player — all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are forfeited immediately. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. 687db will retain transaction records and account data for the periods required by applicable law and its internal compliance obligations, even after account closure.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 687db platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
